Gary is a Chartered Engineer and he has negotiated forty years in low energy design, construction, energy management and environmental assessment and developed an acute ability to problem solve involving gathering information and make judgments’ based upon gathered facts. His experience includes full P&L & H&S responsibilities and working at Board Level. High personal standards and attention to detail has driven success in both the private and public sector environments. This background of close working with colleagues and clients includes senior management appointments, energy management contracts, BREEAM In-Use, SECR/Carbon Footprints, ISO50001, EPCs and SBEMs. This has provided a wealth of practical experience at all levels as well as academic knowledge that can be use on energy and environmental assessments of commercial properties and organisations.
